Recognized as a proactive, growth-minded operations executive, with a proven track record. Providing strategic direction using KPI’s to create and implement developmental strategies for companies for long term success. 
After working in the corporate sector for 17 years Michael decided to focus his time and energy on educating other businesses and individuals about the hidden threat of infectious disease and prevention through utilization of new technologies that have been documented to be effective since the 1900's 

Leo W. Williams 
Partner

Leo Williams is the President at CSG, where he is responsible for the vision and strategy of the medical industry division of the company. Leo has 24 years of experience working in clinical settings as a medical sales representative, and has received numerous awards for his performance. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science.

Dr. Barry Statner, M.D.,
Chief Medical Officer

As chief medical officer, Dr. Barry Statner sets the overall direction for
CSG work in clinical settings. Barry has had a distinguished career serving in both academic and clinical roles in the field of infectious disease prevention, and currently serves as an infectious disease and internal medicine consultant for Los Robles Regional Medical Center and Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital in Thousand Oaks, Calif. He earned his B.S. in Microbiology and Immunology as well as his M.D. at McGill University in Montreal.

Pastel de Deb Custer, B.S.N. CIC., Senior Infection Prevention Specialist

Bringing more than 24 years of experience in infection prevention, Deb Custer serves as senior infection prevention specialist at CSG, where she leads staff training and education efforts. Deb’s articles on infection prevention have been published in numerous periodicals such as the American Journal of Infection Control, Infection Control Today and Chest Journal. She earned her B.S.N. from the University of Detroit.

Emily Hudson
Director of Operations

Head of on-site operations teams and deployment of our rapid response team. Focuses on detailed decontaminate process and procedures to fully cover all impacted zones.
Emily has more than 12 years experience working with on-site coordination efforts in critical response teams to deliver concise and accurate data, while maintaining the highest levels of operational integrity.   

Jeremy Burke
Director of Risk Management

Focuses on companies mapping of risk prevention plan and analysis. Develops tools to implement containment strategies and environmental hygiene best-practices.
